We have regular art classes throughout our CGI programme and students who think they can’t draw when they arrive are quite competent by the time they finish their degree. Being able to draw is an important tool for communication in any creative industry and in CGI it helps with anatomy, pose, expression, body language and proportion. Even our architectural visualisation students take part in our life drawing classes to get perspective and proportion relative to the human form. The images below are from our last BSc life drawing session. Thanks to Rachel Wilkinson our model.
